The weight gain roller coaster

Over the last few days I’ve gained about five pounds. What’s surprising is that I’ve done so even though I’ve not been overeating, but types of foods. Namely, breads, rice, chips and nuts. Apparently my body just loves carbs which is unfortunate, because it doesn’t take much for things to start going wrong. Time to hit pause on carbs and sugar until the weight is off.
