I watched the Ken Burns Civil War series on Netflix. Hard to believe it was released in 1990, has it been that long already? Fascinating seeing all those old photos. Staring into the eyes of a soldier from 150 years ago is still a trip. Also, was surprised hearing that the US population then was 31 million. Sometimes I forget just how many people have been roaming the earth and for so long. Now we’re at 311 million.
