Keeping the weight off

On Saturday I met my weight goal and ended my juice fast. Since then I’ve gained back about five pounds. This time around I’m trying to avoid processed foods, bread, chips, popcorn, and other things I usually would wolf down. I’m also continuing to walk nine miles a day. I’d like to lose the five pounds with this regimen, though I’m not opposed to doing another juice fast to take the weight off.
