Started doing a juice fast thirteen days ago. So far, I've lost sixteen pounds. According to my weight app (MY Weight HD), my target weight is another five pounds to go. I'm debating going further this time, partly because I gained five pounds almost immediately last time (once I started eating again) and partly because I think I could stand to lose more. Will have to see how I feel once I get to my target.

Ended my juice fast today! Now, to keep the weight off for good...
