Nice to just zone out watching some Japanese ramen being prepared in an Osaka restaurant.
Much as I enjoy watching the process, the manual labor involved with a lot of the preparation in 2025 should be automated by now. Most of the cutting skills I’ve seen could be done by a robot or machine just as well if not better than a human and without possibility of injury.
