In my ongoing quest to keep the weight off, I’m going to give the two meals a day diet a shot. Usually this will mean no dinner, as that meal appears to be the one where the least amount of calories get burned off (i.e., eat, go to sleep).
I first heard about the two meal a day diet a couple of years ago in the news regarding the death of Walter Breuning (the 114 year old man that said that keeping the weight off was the reason he believed he had lived so long and that people didn’t need to eat more than twice a day). However, it’s unclear to me what Walter ate and if dinner was the meal he skipped. If anybody knows the answer, please let me know. Thanks!
