The last few days have been a bit puzzling to me as to why my weight has actually gone up, even though I've been conscientiously watching what and how much I eat. Once again, I'm beginning to suspect it's sodium that's the culprit. I have been adding Braggs Liquid Aminos to my rice, soups and vegetables - not a lot, but it may be all the trigger my body needs to retain water. Tomorrow, I'll forgo adding Braggs and will do what I can to avoid anything (like the popcorn and seaweed I've been snacking on) and see if that makes a difference. I was going to skip breakfast, but now I think I'm going to zero in on sodium first.
