Continuing to generate entire books using LLMs is throwing my understanding of what it means to be a writer for a loop. Since now anybody, authority or not, can be a significant author on absolutely anything. The ramifications are staggering.
Even with LLMs, it still does take some time to put together a quality product. It’s not hard to imagine that a few years down the road that’ll all be solved. Will people still be reading books? Of course they will, but what will be the demand.
