Better resolution thumbnails using HTML

I've found that instead of making thumbnails, I get better results reducing full size images in HTML. Granted, this means larger file size and longer load times, but the upside is that 75x100 pixel thumbnails are much sharper. This difference is especially apparent on devices such as the iPad with it's retina display.
