Five days ago I quit drinking beer and decided to lose twenty pounds. Last June, I hit my target weight simply by going on a juice fast for about a month. I've been eating healthy these last five days, but the pounds aren't falling off like they did when I did just juice. I suspect it's the salt and fat in the food (even though it's comparatively only small amounts to a typical American meal that are getting in the way), so later to that! As of now, no more solid food until the pounds are gone!
