Much as I like to eat, the fact is I tend to quickly gain more weight than I'm comfortable with or is healthy. The scale and mirror don't lie. So once again, it's time to lose whatever I gained during all the holiday festivities. Figure I could stand to lose twenty to thirty pounds.
I've done it before in the past by imposing a strict low-calorie diet upon myself (typically tomato soup, vegetable juice and the like), so am giving that a shot again. Pounds are already beginning to drop.
